You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with others.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date (e.g. email and shipping details).
• We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

• Prices and availability may change. Taxes and shipping (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Products are custom-made based on your uploaded photo and selections. Please review previews carefully before placing an order.

You retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display your content solely to provide the service (e.g. generating previews and fulfilling orders).

• You confirm you have the rights to upload the content and it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• You grant us the rights necessary to process your content for preview generation, order production, and customer support.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

Previews may be watermarked and are for reference only. Final ceramic colors and appearance may vary due to materials, printing, and lighting. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quack Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the service.
